Our Strategy

Aware of the great challenges of pastoring, we have established some non-negotiable values that give us goals for our journey, which are:

Emotional health of the pastoral family.
Communion of Pastors.
Sharing intellectual, structural and relational resources.

We want to support and mobilize the pastor, inspire the local church in its relevance and transform the city.

We will perform Annually:

1 – Plantation

We’re going to make it possible to plant at least one The Bridge Movement church in a city of the family’s choice.

2 – Retreat

A retreat for pastors (including spouses) where vision is worked out, relational bonds between pastoral couples are strengthened and where spiritual and emotional deposits are made by professionals in the couple’s life.

3 – Conference

A conference created and modeled around our family network. The idea is to introduce our model to those who want to learn, get involved or implement their own version.

4 – Global Messages Series

We will decide together in 3 series of topical messages that we will preach that the churches belonging to the family will live in the pre-established period.

5 – Personal Development

To support pastors and churches our movement will promote leadership training through courses, literature and mentoring.
